RECORD 1.8% YIELD ON INVESTMENT ACHIEVED AT BRUNSWICK AUCTION

CRS Property was privileged to offer 43-45 Edward Street, Brunswick for Sale by Public Auction on Friday 23rd March at 1.00 pm on-site.

The site received excellent enquiry throughout the four week campaign with George Petropoulos of CRS Property being confident of achieving a solid result for our loyal clients.

A huge and excited crowd gathered at Edward Street with the Auction kicking off with an opening bid of $1.5M.  Five separate bidders then battled it out as the auctioneer went back and forth between the keen buyers.  A total of 26 bids were recorded with the hammer going down at an impressive $2.4mil.

A record 1.8% yield on investment and a rate of $4,800m2 was achieved for this Industrial 3 Zoned site in Brunswick, within close proximity to Sydney Road.
