Born out of our deep understanding of corporate transactions and business influences, CRS’ stand-alone Owners Corporation division actively manages all forms of residential, commercial, industrial and retail bodies corporate.

A member of Strata Community Australia, our Owners Corporation team prides itself on offering timely and accurate solutions to the myriad of issues experienced by both lot owners and developers alike.

As you’d expect from CRS, our Owners Corporation division provides a high level of support to a varying range of assets – from townhouses to apartment developments mixed use properties and the most complex retail shopping precincts and centers.  Unique to CRS, our Owners Corporation Managers are experts within the Strata Community and coupled with the extensive property resources of CRS Property, can tailor a management package that is truly unique and comprehensive.

OUR SERVICES

CRS proudly offers a fixed management fee with no charges for disbursements, attendance at meetings, site visits etc. Further, CRS does not take commissions on insurance policies, providing further cost savings to the Owners Corporation.

Fully transparent, we will guide you through the entire Owners Corporation management process by offering a full suite of services including:
